Sojourner Conflict ReSolutions is committed to supporting individuals, small groups, and community-based organizations in working through communication breakdowns, addressing tensions in interpersonal relationships, and finding workable solutions. As part of SCR’s commitment, new mediation and conflict resolution services with sliding scale fees are now available.
For individuals, small groups, and community-based organizations with limited budgets, SCR will work with the parties to establish a rate.
Sojourner Conflict ReSolutions supports individuals and groups to:
- Resolve communication barriers and disagreements between peers, small groups, art collectives, athletes, sports club users, social justice collectives, and folks in cultural production.
- Discuss conflicts and tensions between members of faith-based groups.
- Develop personal accountability and self-empowerment actions.
- Discuss and work through complex matters related to intersectional, trauma-aware, anti-racism and anti-oppression issues, including disagreements between 2SLGBTQIA+ community members in group or organizational settings.
- Connect with themselves through self-awareness, self-reflection, and empowerment activities. A service available for folks seeking support to explore their resiliency and understand their conflict styles.
SCR services use an intersectional, trauma-aware, anti-racism and anti-oppression approach.
