MEDIATION
Mediation services are provided by Tomee Sojourner-Campbell. As a mediator, she is a third-party netural who assists parties to work through their conflicts and issues to find workable solutions.
We provide half-day and full-day mediations depending on the needs of the parties.
WORKPLACE RESTORATION
The negative impact of conflict, tensions and breakdown in interpersonal realtionships at work disrupts workplace cohesion and performance. Recognizing the challenges to heal interpersonal relationships and repair workplace culture, workplace restoration interventions are offered.

Conflict resolution services are offered to clients looking for tools and methods to address existing or emergining conflicts in their work environments.

Tomee E. Sojourner-Campbell, B.A. (Hons), M.A.
Mediator and Conflict Resolution Expert
Tomee brings over 27 years experience to her roles as a mediator, conflict resolution expert, coach and consultant.
She obtained a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor after completing the Stitt Feld Handy Group’s ADR course. Tomee also completed mediation training through the Legal Studies department at Carleton University, and workplace investigation training provided by Rubin Thomlinson.
She has applied her conflict resolution expertise and skills in several roles, including as Complaint Resolution & Equity Specialist at McMaster University, and as a Visiting Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
Tomee is faculty for the Ontario Bar Association’s Foundations in Administrative Tribunal Competencies: Certificate Program Series. She has also been a guest lecturer at the OBA’s Annual Class Actions Colloquium, the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, the Ontario Human Rights Commission Racial Policy Dialogue, Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and Brock University.
Tomee holds a Hotel and Restaurant Management Dip., a B.A. Honours in Directed Interdisciplinary Studies (Carleton University), an M.A. in Social Justice and Equity Studies (Brock University), and she completed LLM (Research) program coursework at Osgoode Hall Law School (York University).
